Hosting the applications an accounting practice uses every day
MyGoTo Accountants in London, UK wanted to move its applications onto a managed server and have a provider it could turn to for wider IT help. Titan Cloud Servers hosts the firm’s applications on its own infrastructure and supports the staff using them.
Our work
- Migrated the applications from the previous European hosting provider to a dedicated server on Titan Cloud Servers hosting and configured staff access
- Provide help with Outlook problems and profiles, Google Drive setup, printing, application access and everyday Windows issues
- Manage the server, security and daily offsite backups
