Terms

Terms of Service

General public terms for discussing and using Titan Cloud Servers services. Client-specific proposals and signed agreements control the actual service scope.

Scope of this page

These website terms explain the general conditions for using this website and discussing services with Titan Cloud Servers. Client-specific proposals, invoices, written agreements, and signed service terms take priority over this public page.

Services are scoped before work begins

Titan Cloud Servers provides managed Windows Server environments, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise hosting and support, RDP access, file sharing, backup discipline, permissions setup, and related support by agreed scope. We do not treat every request as automatically included. The service level, response expectations, data center choice, hosting model, licensing responsibility, and user support depth depend on the selected plan and written proposal.

Licensing and third-party software

QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, Peachtree, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office, RDS CALs, antivirus products, data center services, telecom services, and similar third-party products remain subject to their own licensing and vendor terms. Titan Cloud Servers can help deploy and manage the environment, but we do not claim ownership of those products and we do not represent ourselves as certified, approved, or endorsed by Intuit unless separately stated in writing.

Backups and recovery

Backup routines, retention, test restores, offsite copies, and recovery objectives must be agreed for each client. A backup system is only useful when it is configured, monitored, and tested. We can design that discipline, but clients must approve the scope, storage cost, and retention expectations.

Acceptable use and access

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their users follow lawful and reasonable use of the environment. We may restrict access, reset credentials, block IP addresses, or take protective action when abuse, malware, brute-force activity, unauthorized access attempts, or operational risk is detected.

No absolute security promise

We design and manage environments to reduce operational and security risk. No internet-connected system can be made risk-free. Security depends on architecture, patching, user behavior, passwords, endpoint hygiene, telecom reliability, hosting provider performance, and the agreed support scope.
