How Titan Cloud Servers handles information
This page explains in plain language how we treat the information that flows through this website and through the services we provide.
Website data
When you visit titancloudservers.com we may log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to understand traffic patterns and keep the site stable.
If you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter so that we can respond to your request. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing lists.
Client environments
For managed servers and hosted environments, Titan Cloud Servers has access to the Windows layer and configuration needed to run your systems. Access to your data is limited to what is necessary to set up, maintain or troubleshoot the environment as agreed.
Backups, data retention periods and access controls are agreed with each client as part of the setup process. Where third-party data centers or telecom providers are involved, their own terms and policies also apply.
Security approach
We apply practical measures to reduce risk: segregated user accounts, hardened RDP, firewall rules, and monitoring for failed login attempts. No system connected to the internet can be made absolutely immune to attack, but a well-designed and maintained environment is far less attractive to opportunistic noise.
Your choices
If you want us to change or remove contact information that you have provided to us, contact us using the details on the contact section of this site. For managed environments, changes to data retention, logging or access need to be agreed through your normal point of contact.
Windows desktop stacks we run every day
We build and manage Windows Server environments for serious accounting stacks, including QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, Sage, Tally, Peachtree, Microsoft Office, SQL Server, OneDrive, Google Drive, and Outlook.
