Repairing QuickBooks files and improving access worldwide
Asian Atlantic Industries (AAI), an electronics components business, is based in the USA, with employees and bookkeepers working around the world. AAI already used QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise before working with Titan Cloud Servers. Its previous setup combined remote access to mini PCs with a separate server on the local network. QuickBooks company files had become corrupted, and the business needed help with repairs, performance and running costs.
Our work
- Repaired errors and broken links in the QuickBooks .QBW company files
- Helped arrange AAI’s own server in Europe after assessing the team’s locations and connection latency
- Implemented QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise on the new Windows Server, moved the existing company files and configured access for staff and bookkeepers
- Took over infrastructure management, security, daily offsite backups and user support
- Support Advanced Inventory and accounting workflows across multiple warehouses
QuickBooks ran faster after the move, and AAI’s running costs fell substantially. AAI retains its own server arrangement. Titan Cloud Servers manages the full environment, from server maintenance and backups to help for staff and bookkeepers.
