Staff use remote access to work on a managed application server, with backup copies stored separately.

Staff connect through Remote Desktop (RDP) to their own Windows Server sessions and work in QuickBooks Desktop, with the application and company files together on the server. Titan Cloud Servers sets up access for employees and accountants, manages the environment and helps with everyday application issues.

We specialise in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. We also support Pro, Premier and Enterprise Accountant, with the edition, version and licensing checked for your proposed setup. Hosted QuickBooks Desktop and Intuit’s QuickBooks Online are different products. If you want to move between them, we can help assess and carry out a migration in either direction.

Accounting firms and distributed finance teams

Give staff and accountants access to the company files they need, with individual accounts and permissions. We review working locations, simultaneous users and the applications used alongside QuickBooks before planning the server.

VenturaCFO’s project involved moving an existing QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise environment to the firm’s own server in Europe. For AAI, we also repaired company files before moving them to its European server. Titan Cloud Servers manages both environments.

Server access is one part of the setup. The accounting team also needs company files, inventory workflows and reports that fit how the business buys, sells and manages stock. We work with the team on implementation, staff training and ongoing support.

We implemented and host QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for HMT Tiles, a wholesaler with multiple warehouses. Midas Italy’s project covers imports and assembly.

Keep suitable hardware at your office or existing hosting location and have us manage it. Client hardware can also be hosted with Titan Cloud Servers under a colocation arrangement.
