Managing QuickBooks for more than 30 users
JCBuckman in Lahore, Pakistan has a QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise workload involving more than 30 users. The business owns its onsite server, which Titan Cloud Servers manages. We work directly with its General Manager and CFO on the reports and daily workflows their teams use.
Our work
- Implemented QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise on the client’s server and continue to manage Windows Server and user access
- Help the GM and CFO refine reporting and accounting workflows
- Review company file health, server capacity, security and daily offsite backups
- Repaired errors in the QuickBooks company files
- Support Advanced Inventory and accounting workflows across multiple warehouses
- Set up local and cloud access, with office PCs using RDP over the LAN and QuickBooks running on the onsite server
Office staff can continue working through local Remote Desktop sessions during an ISP interruption, provided the onsite server, power and local network remain available. JCBuckman keeps its own server and has ongoing help with both the infrastructure and the way its staff use QuickBooks. Reporting and workflow changes are discussed directly with the people responsible for running the business.
