A shared QuickBooks environment for a distributed finance team
VenturaCFO, a finance firm based in the USA, already used QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. Its staff needed a managed environment they could reach from different locations. We assessed connection latency and helped arrange the firm’s own server in Europe.
Our work
- Implemented QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise on Windows Server and moved the existing working environment
- Organised remote access, user permissions and shared company files
- Took on the full server setup, infrastructure management, security and daily offsite backups
- Repaired QuickBooks .QBW company-file errors and broken links
- Help the accounting team with server access and general IT tasks
VenturaCFO keeps its own server arrangement, with Titan Cloud Servers responsible for ongoing management. The finance team works in one shared environment and contacts Titan Cloud Servers for both application support and server issues.
